WENZELITE BARIATRIC ADULT SAFETY ROLLERS (MODELS CE 1000 XL & CE OBESE XL)
The Wenzelite Bariatric Adult Safety Roller is a folding height-adjustable wheeled walker designed for use by large or obese people with mobility disabilities. FRAME: Square steel tubing with welded joints, handlebars, and a powder-coat finish in a choice of colors. BRAKES: The breaking mechanism is activated by applying pressure to the handlebars. An optional Dial-A-Speed knob allows adjustable resistance on one or both rear wheels for greater speed control. WHEELS: Four easy-roll ball bearing four-inch wheels are standard. The front wheels swivel and the rear wheels are fixed. OPTIONS: Adjustable, rotating forearm platforms; platform mounting brackets; transverse handlebar for one-handed use; self-storing retractable seat; oxygen tank holder for D or E cylinders; IV pole; extended uprights for tall users; hook for catheter bag or purse; wire basket in steel frame; and replacement handgrips. DIMENSIONS: The height on both models is adjustable in one-inch increments and both models adjust from 29 to 36 inches high. The optional extended uprights increase the height range to 40 to 47 inches. Model CE 1000 XL is width-adjustable from 22.5 to 27.5 inches overall and from 17.5 to 22.5 inches between the handlebars. Model CE 1000 OBESE XL is width-adjustable from 25 to 30 inches overall and from 20 to 25 inches between the handlebars. CAPACITY: Model CE 1000XL, 400 pounds; model CE 1000 OBESE XL, 700 pounds.
