SHADOW 3D & SHADOW 3D BASKETBALL
The Shadow 3D and the Shadow 3D Basketball are three-wheel manual, lightweight rigid frame sport wheelchairs. FRAME: T-frame in regular and short configurations. Available in 11 standard colors, 6 optional colors, and special effect or custom finishes, the frame is available in a range of widths from 13 to 20 inches. A choice of a right- or left-mounted transfer handle is standard; A transfer handle on both sides is optional. Anti-tip tubes are optional. SEAT: The seat width is .5-inch narrower than the frame. The seat depth ranges from 12 to 18 inches in one-inch increments. The front seat height adjusts from 15 to 21 inches and the rear seat height adjusts from 14 to 17 inches. The standard backrest folds, has a 0- to 8-degree angle adjustment, and is height adjustable; a choice of two heights is available, each of which has a three-inch height adjustment range. A folding backrest with height adjustment and adjustable upholstery is optional. CUSHION: A choice of a 2- or 3-inch cushion is standard. UPHOLSTERY: Sling upholstery. ARMRESTS: No. CASTERS: One 3-inch micro caster. WHEELS: 24-inch spoke rear wheels with stainless steel axles, high-pressure clincher tires, aluminum handrims, and a fixed 12-degree camber are standard. Latex tubular tires, no flat tires, high-performance tennis or basketball wheels with turbo tires, titanium axles, and plastic or foam handrims are optional. FOOTRESTS: Composite footrests are standard; an aluminum footrest is optional on the Basketball model. OPTIONS: Presta valve adapter; seat pouch; tire pump; positioning belts; plastic side guards; spoke guards.
