Picture of PACESAVER PLUS III TITAN The Pacesaver Plus III Titan is a three-wheeled scooter designed for use indoors or outdoors by individuals with mobility disabilities. FRAME (LxW): 45 x 24.75 inches with a 4.5-inch ground clearance and a 35-inch turning radius. The scooter disassembles for transport. An optional stretch front frame provides an extra four inches of foot space. This scooter is available in ocean blue, midnight black, or candy apple red. CONTROLS: Tiller-mounted controls with thumb levers are standard. The control box includes a battery-level indicator and an on/off key switch. The tiller is adjustable. A Delta tiller (oval), an extended delta tiller, and thumb rest extensions are optional. RWD: Rear wheel drive transaxle. SEAT (WxD): 18 x 18 inches. The back height is 20 inches. The seat height adjusts from 16.75 to 18.75 inches ab0ve the floor of the scooter for the standard seat. The powered seat adjusts from 18 to 23 inches. A padded, height-adjustable seat is standard. A high-backed admiral's chair with an angle-adjustable back and a spring supported seat is optional. UPHOLSTERY: Velvet upholstery is available in black or gray. Vinyl upholstery is available in charcoal or gray. ARMRESTS: Padded, flip-up armrests are standard and width- and height-adjustable armrests are optional. BRAKES: Dynamic regenerative electronic brakes. WHEELS: A 3 x 9 inch front wheel and two 3 x 10 inch rear wheels with pneumatic tires are standard. Foam-filled, flat-free tires are optional. OPTIONS: Light package, oxygen holder, cane holder, crutch holder, removable front basket, a rear view mirror, and others. POWER: Uses 2, U-1 12-volt gel batteries; an external battery charger is included. A built-in on-board charger is an extra cost option. SPEEDS: The maximum speed is 5.4 miles per hour for a range of 20 to 30 miles per charge at a maximum incline of 12 degrees. A speed control dial is included on the control box on the tiller. CAPACITY: 350 pounds. WEIGHT: When disassembled, the heaviest section is 43.3 pounds and the lightest section is 24 pounds. WARRANTY: Five-year prorated limited transaxle warranty. Three-year prorated limited warranty on Main Frame components. One-year prorated limited warranty covering virtually all internal components, including the electronics. Lifetime warranty on frame components.
