The Superprint 200 is a printing telecommunication device for the deaf (TDD). It has an 8k memory with 9 message buffers to save and send messages, and a TDD Announcer, which is a voice that alerts hearing people to text telephone calls. It has a 24-character printer that prints at a speed of .8 lines per second on 2.25" wide paper. The printer will print in upper or lower case, and has word wrap and hyphenation features. The keyboard has 43 touch keys, 11 function keys and a 4-row keyboard with QWERTY layout. There is a 20-character, vacuum fluorescent display with a .25 inch character height. The telecommunications are as follows: Baudot (TDD standard) code at 45.5 baud; international code at 50 baud; optional ASCII code at either 300 or 110 baud; high/normal sensitivity control. IT comes with a hard cover for traveling. POWER: Rechargeable batteries and AC adapter included. OPTIONS: ASCII code available for $49.95. A dust cover is $9.95 and a soft carrying case is $29.95. DIMENSIONS: 12.5" x 9.3" x 3". WEIGHT: 4.75 pounds. WARRANTY: One year limited. One and two year extended warranty available at additional cost.
