SPEECH: ELECTROGLOTTOGRAPHY (EGG) ASSESSMENT Dr. Speech: Electroglottography (EGG) Assessment is a speech analysis program designed for doing speech/voice assessments for speech-language pathologists and speech and voice scientists. Dr. Speech is comprised of nine integrated software programs that can be used separately or combined in a number of ways to produce a comprehensive Windows based assessment and training system. It is ideal for schools, hospitals, universities, and home therapy and offers a portable, easy-to-use system for voice and speech training, acoustic phonetics, voice identification, and/or accent modification. EGG Assessment provides quantitative information on vocal function. The EGG profile includes EGG-jitter, EGG shimmer, EGG-NNE, Contact Quotient (CQ), CQ Perturbation, Contact Index (CI), CI Perturbation, and Clinical Progress Tracking, an interactive tool that provides graphic displays and allows users to track changes over time. COMPATIBILITY: IBM or compatibles. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: IBM or compatible with a 16 bit sound card.
