RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. -- Big Money Math Kit is a money management tutorial program designed to teach every day money math skills for individuals with a cognitive disability. This kit allows you to use coins and currency to teach counting, place value concepts, and everyday money math skills. Children learn to recognize coin and currency values while they reinforce counting skills. They are lead through common money exchange situations, improving their understanding of the numeration system and place value concepts. They also learn math skills inherent in buying and making change by counting out groups of coins, comparing their available funds with prices of desired objects, making purchases, and offering change.
