The Thera Cushion is a cervical roll pillow designed to maintain proper neck posture and align the vertabrae to relieve nerve root pressure and muscle spasms. The center of the polyester fiber-filled pillow is concaved or flattened and the ends reinforced to bulge and provide neck support. Polyester fiber filled. OPTIONS: A zippered cover in polycotton or satin is available, DIMENSIONS: 18 inches long x 7 inches in diameter. COLOR: The pillow is white. The polycotton cover is available in white only. The satin cover is available in a choice of blue, green, pink, or white.
