The Deluxe Maple Cutting Board, model NC28503, is designed to assist people with limited hand strength or with use of only one hand in cutting or chopping food. The cutting board is handmade of solid, finished maple and features wooden food guards on one corner to keep food on the board. The board also has two stainless steel nails imbedded in it to hold vegetables and other foods in place. Rubber feet on the bottom of the unit keep it from sliding while in use. DIMENSIONS: 11 x 11 inches.
