The Contoured Headrest Assembly is designed for individuals requiring medial/lateral, posterior and rotary support. The ABS plastic construction allows for customized molding with a heat gun. The mounting hardware (included) allows height and forward/backward adjustment with a slide bracket and knob. The headrestt is also available upholstered. SIZE: Large (model ASCH-LG) or small (model ASCH-SM).
