NECK/SHOULDER POSITIONING COLLAR ASSEMBLY

The Neck/Shoulder Positioning Collar Assembly is a headrest designed to replace both occipital support and rigid shoulder positioners or other anterior thoracic supports for users with moderate to low "tone." The malleable aluminum collar provides posterior neck support and superior and anterior shoulder support. It is padded with closed cell foam and upholstered with nylon terry cloth backed with neoprene rubber. The mounting hardware (included) allows height and forward/back adjustment with a slide bracket and knob. OPTIONS: Retention straps to be attached to ends of shoulder extensions (model KC-1014) are available. SIZE: Small (model ASKC-SM) with a 3.75-inch width; and Large (model ASKC-LG) with a 5-inch width. DIMENSIONS: The small model is 3.75 inches wide and the large model is 5 inches wide.
