--- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 9/1999) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Betta Baby Bottle is a pediatric care product designed to reduce a baby's risk of developing an ear infection during feeding times. Constructed so the user is able to feed the baby in an upright position, this specially designed bottle is shaped at a slight angle in order that the milk or formula fills the nipple at all times. Being designed with these specifications, this baby bottle is intended to reduce the chance that the milk or formula will drain into the eustachian (auditory) tube which is thought to play a role in the inflammation of the middle ear (otitis media). SIZES: 4 or 8 ounce bottles featuring whale, teddy and panda bear designs.
