ORTHOCARE NEUTRAL POSITION WRIST HAND ORTHOSIS (MODELS 1115 THRU 1128)

The Orthocare Neutral Position Wrist/Hand Orthosis is a spasticity- type splint with an anatomical cone design with premolded metacarpal arch that maintains slight flexion of all finger joints, and supported thumb in opposition. Due to the elimination of a radial border, the splint allows easy forearm pronation and supination. The recessed ulnar styloid area helps eliminate pressure. The brace is completely flanged and has rounded edges to insure against possible injury by the user. The custom orthotic features were designed to reduce the need for further modification. An integral, adjustable Velcro strap system, including a cinch wrist strap to lock the wrist positively, secures the orthosis to the area. SIZES: Available in right and left hand models; Pediatric Small for newborns, Pediatric Medium for children 1 to 3 years old, Pediatric Large for children 3 to 7 years old, Adult Small for females, Adult Medium for females, Adult Large for average males, and Extra Large for large males. COLOR: Almond.
