EVAC+CHAIR 600H
The Evac+Chair 600H is an emergency evacuation carrier that allows two non-disabled people, one in the rear of the chair and one in front, to move a seated individual with lower extremity, mobility, and neurological disabilities, or spinal cord injury. It uses a combination of wheels and track belts to move the person down multiple flights of stairs and across landings to exit a building. This chair pivots in its own width for tight landing turns. It has an aluminum alloy frame with two rear handles – one at the top of the frame above the passenger’s head and one extending back from lower down on the frame – and a pair of small handles in the front extending from the footrest bar. The chair also has a sling seat made from flame-resistant, vinyl-coated nylon, a belt restraint for the waist/chest, and a padded forehead restraint. It comes with wall mount hardware, a photoluminescent indicator sign, and a vinyl storage cover. This product also comes with an instructional DVD and a user guide.
