By Adams, Judy, PhD; Bliss, James C., PhD; AT Journal, Vol. 48, No. 1
Publication Date: May 2002

Article describing PnC Net from JBliss Imaging Systems, which is browser software designed to meet the needs of people who have low vision. PnC Net features voice output, and enlarges web pages to meet the needs of all computer users. The program is controlled by making selections from enlarged “Pick ‘n Click” lists. Hot keys are incorporated to refresh the screen, switch from enlarged text or pictures and text to normal size, or to return to the main menu. The magnified letters are smooth, while the general layout of the web page is preserved, including the placement of pictures and graphics.
