Article describing the QuadJoy Mouse, which is a mouse with sip and puff "A-B" buttons. Designed for use by people with paralysis, the QuadJoy Mouse contains a tube less than 3 inches in circumference suspended by a flexible arm over the keyboard. Manual buttons are included for hand mouse users who need to work on the same machine. The QuadJoy Mouse can be clamp mounted to any flat surface, and it contains no obtrusive wires that can hang between the user’s body or chair and the computer. The QuadJoy Mouse works with all programs and operating systems, and both Windows and Macintosh.
