If intrusion occurs, small radio transmitters at doors and windows signal the alarm receiver. Alarm will sound a loud piercing warning for ten minutes, then shut off and reset automatically. Receiver operates on wall outlet power with battery back-up (6 batteries not included) Transmitter uses one nine volt battery, with battery failure warning. Transmitters have up to a 300 foot range. Additional magnetic switches can be wired to any transmitter. Accessories include an external switcher that turns on lamps, strobes or vibrators (##793 for $40.00); smoke alarm repeater that detects sound of smoke or gas alarm system (##794 for $38.00); auto vehicle transmitter which plugs into car cigarette lighter and warns of tampering with your car (##796 for $46.00); external horn which can alert your neighbors to the danger (##797 for $24.00); extra transmitters (##792 for $30.00) and magnetic switch (##798 for $7.00).
