(Verified 12/2007) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Talking Time, model 4091, is a time skills tutorial toy designed to teach time-telling to children with visual or cognitive disabilities. The rooster clock features a clock face on its stomach. The user moves the clock hands and then presses the rooster's comb to hear the spoken time. The clock hands move in either direction and the time is spoken in five-minute units.
