The Paca-Waiter Commercial Dumbwaiter is a dumb waiter designed for commercial use that can be used as a job accommodation by people with disabilities. The unit comes standard with steel cable drive, heavy gauge steel angle guide rails with high-density synthetic guides, multi- stop operation, push button control, and an electromagnetic disc brake. Cars are constructed of enamel-finished sheet steel, and have 1, 2, or 3 openings; swing, bi-parting, and sliding hoistway doors are available. The motor rail may be rail mounted at the top or the bottom, or floor mounted on the bottom. Door interlocks to prevent operation with the doors open and to prevent the doors from opening unless the car is present are required. OPTIONS: Bi-parting car gates are available. POWER: The unit is powered by a 230- volt, 1 phase, 60-cycle, single speed reversing .75 or .5 horse power motor. SPEED: 50 feet per minute. CAPACITY: 200-, 300-, and 500-pound capacities are available. DIMENSIONS: 26 x 26 x 30 or 30 x 30 x 40 inches. The cable drive uses 7/32 inch steel cables. The lift height is up to 50 feet, and the unit has a 36-inch standard loading height.
