The Five Function Activity Center, model 510, is a sensory busy box designed for somatosensory stimulation for individuals with physical, cognitive, or sensory disabilities. The five stations include a plate that vibrates when touched, a large plate that activates an AM/FM radio, a wooden roller that produces a buzzing sound when rotated, a pull-ball that turns on a music box, and a large plate that turns on a bright light. Stations are mounted on a sturdy plastic base. POWER: Uses two C batteries (not included). DIMENSIONS: 15 x 11.5 x 4 inches. COLOR: The base is blue. The plate for the radio is yellow, the plate that vibrates is red, and the plate that activates the light is orange.
