(Verified 01/2011) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Large Display AM/FM Clock Radio, model ICF-C211, is an alarm clock designed for use by individuals with low vision. It features a large light-emitting diode (LED) display. The alarm can be set to a radio station or to a gentle buzz. Other features include an AM/FM tuner, AM wide band reception, single-function keys for easy operation, an alarm-on indicator, a snooze bar, a sleep timer to shut the radio off automatically, and full-power memory backup to prevent loss of time and alarm settings during a power failure. POWER: Uses alternating current (AC) with optional 9-volt battery for power backup. DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): The clock is 5.875 x 2.5 x 6.625 inches; the numbers in the LED display are 0.9 inches high. WEIGHT: 1 pound 3 ounces without battery. COLOR: Choice of black or white case.
