The Internet Videophone is a video display telephone designed for use by individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. This videophone connects over the Internet, and allows users who are deaf to communicate through sign language. An internal/external strobe light and a wireless vibrator module are included to provide notification of incoming calls.
