It allows most off-the-shelf joysticks to be used as a mouse when working with Microsoft Windows. The user has the option of using a joystick as a relative or absolute pointer, and the sensitivity of the joystick is adjustable. An "accelerate"option enables the user to decide the time before acceleration starts, and the speed before and after acceleration. COMPATIBILITY: For use on IBM and compatible computers.
