The Kids Quickie 2 is a child's manual lightweight wheelchair designed to accommodate growth through its modular component system. FRAME: Folding anodized aluminum frame with a choice of straight or rounded rear side frame. The frame widths range from 11 to 20 inches in regular, long, hemi, and hemi long configurations. Anti-tip tubes are optional. The frame is available in 11 standard colors and 3 custom colors. SEAT: The standard seat is available in 12- or 16-inch depths. Optional seat depths include 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, and 17 inches. Seat widths are .5 inch narrower than the frame. Three back heights are offered: low, 8.5 to 12 inches; medium, 12 to 15.5 inches; and tall, 15.5 to 19 inches. The standard backrest includes push handles and the optional depth-adjustable backrest includes stroller handles. Swing-away adjustable stroller handles are available. Optional solid seats and backs are also offered. CUSHIONS: An optional 2-inch seat cushion and an optional back cushion are available. UPHOLSTERY: Sling back and seat upholstery are standard. ARMRESTS: Padded swing-away armrests are standard. Flip-back, adjustable-locking flip-up, height-adjustable with standard or full-length pads, or height-adjustable flip-back armrests with standard or full-length pads are optional. BRAKES: High-push wheel locks are standard; high-scissor and high-pull wheel locks are available at no charge. CASTERS: Pneumatic 8-inch casters are standard. Pneumatic 6-inch, 6- or 8-inch polyurethane, or 5-inch low-profile polyurethane casters are offered at no extra charge. 8 inch x 2 inch pnematic casters or pneumatic casters with airless inserts are extra cost options. WHEELS: Spoke wheels with adjustable axle plates are standard and mag wheels are offered at no extra charge. Standard wheels are 24 inches in diameter; 20- and 22-inch wheels are offered at no charge. 26-inch wheels are extra cost options. Pneumatic tires are standard. Pneumatic tires with airless inserts, full- or low-profile polyurethane tires, high-pressure clincher, and Kevlar or Kevlar tires with airless inserts are also available. Aluminum handrims are standard. Plastic-coated handrims and handrim projections are available as options. FOOTRESTS: Swing-away 70- or 90-degree footrests with composite footplates and heel loops are standard. Child's angle-adjustable footplates are offered at no charge. Foam, adult angle-adjustable, or extended footrests are optional. A 90-degree footboard and platform flip-up footrest are also available. OPTIONS: Spoke guards, positioning belts, side guards, touch-up paint, tray, and others. CAPACITY: 250 pounds. WEIGHT: 21 pounds. WARRANTY: Lifetime frame guarantee.
