« Previous Product Next Product »Loquendo ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) is a voice input program designed for use by individuals with spinal cord injury or upper extremity, vision, or learning disabilities. It can be used to provide voice control for a variety of devices, such as home appliances; cellular phones; mainframe, desktop and mobile computers; and automobile navigation and telecommunications systems. The software is able to recognize a wide variety of speakers, and it can handle continuous speech using statistical language modeling. Loquendo ASR also supports a large and open vocabulary and many languages. It is designed to operate in noisy environments such as a vehicle or on wireless telephone. COMPATIBILITY: A computing device with at least a Pentium IV processor with 3.2 gigahertz (GHz) or equivalent and 15 megabytes (MB) memory (RAM) per language. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: For computer servers - Microsoft Windows (Server 2008, Server 2003) or Linux (Red Hat Enterprise, SuSE, CentOS). For personal computers - Microsoft Windows (XP, Vista or 7) or Red Hat Linux 3, 4 or 5 desktop operating system. For mobile devices (including tablet computers) - Android, Apple iOS, LiMo, Maemo, Moblin, MeeGo, PalmOS, Symbian OS, Windows Mobile. For embedded applications - Linux Embedded, Windows Embedded Standard or CE, or RTEMS.
