This computer-based instructional program helps develop story comprehension and social interaction skills using a three-dimensional animated agent, a talking head called Timo. Children engage in shared and repeated reading with Timo to work on listening, answering "wh" questions, retelling stories, and vocabulary. COMPATIBILITY: For use on IBM or compatible computers or Apple Macintosh computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Windows 98 SE through XP or Macintosh 9.2 through OSX operating system.

Notes: This software is available in a Home Edition designed for home use on one computer, a Clinic Edition designed for 8 students on one computer, or a School Edition that accommodates up to 24 students on four computers. ** A licensing agreement is required for multiple users.
