The Invacare MVP is a lightweight manual wheelchair designed for everyday use by people with mobility disabilities. FRAME: Two-part folding aluminum frame with a swing-away or fixed front frame and curved, square or extended (growth) frame. The frame is available in 20 colors at no additional charge. Widths range from 25 to 32 inches. A 10-degree bend back with push handles is standard; sportster and fixed back heights (12, 14, 16 and 18 inches) options with no push handles or straight push handles are available at no charge; adjustable angle backs are(12 to 16 inches and 17 to 20 inches) also available. UPHOLSTERY: Black nylon upholstery is standard. The back upholstery is tension-adjustable. SEAT: 13 to 22 inches deep (additional charge for 20, 21 and 22 inch depths)and 15 to 22 inches wide (additional charge for 20 and 22 inch widths). The back adjusts from 10 to 18 inches high. ARMRESTS: Swing-away padded arms or cantilever non-locking bolt-on arms are standard; adjustable-height or fixed-height dual point armrests are available. No armrests are also an option. BRAKES: Wheel locks are standard. Brake extensions and hill holders are optional. CASTERS: 6-inch (3 or 6 spoke) or 8 x 1.25 inch composite urethane casters are standard; 3-inch roller blade casters; 5-inch aluminum urethane casters; or 6 x 2 inch semi-pneumatic casters are available. WHEELS: Quick-release 18-, 20-, 22- inch composite wheels; 24-inch, 7-spoke composite wheels; or 20-, 22- or 24-dinch spoke wheels are standard. Spoked 26-inch wheels or 24-, 25- or 26-inch Spinergy spoke wheels are available. Urethane treaded tires are standard; pneumatic, flat-free or Primo tires are available. Gray, 0.75-inch anodized aluminum handrims are standard; plastic-coated aluminum handrims are available. FOOTRESTS: 60-, 70-, or 90-degree, swing-away footrests with composite footplates are standard. Elevating and center-pivot articulating legrests are available. An adjustable-angle flip-up footplate; aluminum footplate; individual tubular footplates; and extra-large aluminum footplates are available. CAPACITY: 250 pounds or 350 pounds with the optional heavy-duty package. WEIGHT: 17 pounds for the model with 16 x 16 inch seat without wheels and accessories. WARRANTY: Lifetime warranty on frames and crossbraces.
