Picture of HIGH-IMPACT ACCOMMODATOR INSOLE (MODEL 6490-6497) The High-Impact Accommodator Insole, model 6490-6497, is a shoe insert designed for use by individuals with lower extremity and foot disabilities. These inserts combine the support of the Freedom Accommodator Insole (see separate entry) with Impact Plus energy-absorbing poromeric polymer. A heel pad of the polymer is incorporated into the Accommodator half-swole arch support. SIZES: Based on men's and women's shoe sizes.
