------- "DO IT YOURSELF" ENTRY ------- PURPOSE: One hand fingernail file with a nonslip base. Instructions are provided to make a fingernail file using a small board of wood with a curved top. Top with an emery board or fine sandpaper. A dowel with a pointed end can be placed at an angle from the base to use to clean under fingernails. Foam rubber base to prevent slipping.
