Picture of COZY SEAT (MODELS 703005 & 703006) The Cozy Cushion is a combination foam seat and back cushion with attached armrest pads designed for use with wheelchairs. This one-piece unit is covered in soft brushed poly and padded with high-density foam and prevents skin contact with a wheelchair's vinyl upholstery and metal parts. Covering the seat, back, and armrests, the Cozy Cushion permits use of seatbelts and positioning belts. SIZES: Model 703005 fits 16-inch wide chairs and 703006 fits 18-inch chairs.
