Picture of DOUBLE TUBE LIFT-OFF MOUNTING KIT (MODELS 3613 & 3613-01) The Double Tube Lift-off Mounting Kit is headrest accessory hardware designed to attach the headrest, the occipital ring, and their interface hardware to the back of a wheelchair. The Kit consists of a Double Tube Lift-Off Mounting Plate, two 90-degree Vertical Tubes, and four 2 Point Knobs. The Mounting Plate attaches to the back of the wheelchair with four sets of ##10-32 Screws and ##10-32 Nuts. COLOR: Available in stainless steel or black.
