The Span+Aids Abduction Pillow is a leg abduction positioner designed to keep the user's legs in the desired position while seated or lying down. This large foam wedge fits between legs and the standard model has wide foam straps for securing legs to wedge; the economy model has adjustable Velfoam straps. These pillows allow the user to be turned 90 degrees to prevent sacral pressure sores. SIZES: Small, medium, or large. DIMENSIONS: The small wedge is 18 x 12 x 4 x 7 inches; the medium wedge is 23 x 14 x 4 x 7 inches; the large wedge is 25 x 16 x 6 x 7 inches.
