The Stepless Wide Folding Ramp, models 30040-150, 30040-200, 30040-250 and 30040-300, is a portable ramp designed for use to provide wheelchair or scooter access for people with lower extremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury and others who use wheelchairs and scooters. This ramp's increased width is intended to provide increased safety for users of scooters and electric wheelchairs and their helpers. The unit can be kept permanently in position or always used in the same place. The ramp slope is made of anodized aluminum with a skid resistant surface and stainless steel brackets. It also has curbs on both sides to prevent the user from rolling off the side of the ramp. This ramp has an impact-proof, non-skid handle and plastic end profiles. The soft end profiles prevent the ramp from sliding during use and cushion shocks during transport. The ramp folds lengthwise, and the carrying handle is soft and rounded to provide comfort when the ramp is carried. DIMENSIONS: Length is 59 inches or 30.625 inches folded (model 30040-150); 78.75 inches or 40.5 inches folded (30040-200); 98.375 inches or 50.375 inches folded (30040-250); or 128.125 inches or 60.25 inches folded (30040-300). The ramp's width inside the curbs (when not folded) is 30.25 inches, and its outer width is 34.625 inches. CAPACITY: 715 pounds (models 30040-150 and 30040-200) or 440 pounds (30040-250 and 30040-300). WEIGHT:38.5 pounds (30040-150); 49 pounds (30040-200); 59 pounds (30040-250); or 70 pounds (30040-300).
