The Electric Cart Carrier is a hitch-mounted scooter carrier. This unit attaches to any vehicle with a class III hitch receiver and carries up to 500 pounds. It contains no wheels, axles, or hydraulics, which eliminates the need for special permits or licenses. The box-style unit has a lightweight extruded aluminum framework and a waterproof plywood floor. The unit has two retractable, stabilizing legs for use during loading and unloading and a ramp which doubles as a safety gate. It is equipped with side rails for securing the scooter. Additional standard features include running lights with turn signals and brake lights, four adjustable web straps with tie-down clips, a front vinyl bumper, and reflective strips. DIMENSIONS (WxL): 60 x 30 inches. The floor is .5 inch thick, the side rails are 12.5 inches long, and the ramp is 50 inches long.
