Picture of LIBRE TILT The Libre Tilt is a manual tilt in space wheelchair designed for use by children or adults with mobility disabilities. FRAME: Lightweight frame in a choice of folding or rigid styles and long or standard configurations. Anti-tip tubes and short push handles are standard. Medium or tall push handles are available at no charge and adjustable clamps and push handle extensions are extra cost options. The frames accommodate growth and are available in a choice of frame widths from 10 to 18 inches wide in one inch increments. Frame depths are available from 15 to 17 inches in the regular configuration and from 18 to 20 inches in the long configuration. The frame is available in magenta, red, gloss black, turquoise, pewter, glittering gold, emerald green, or two-tone magenta and turquoise. SEAT: The frame accepts a wide range of seating and positioning options.The seat rail to floor height ranges from 14 to 18.5 inches depending upon caster and wheel size and caster fork size. TILT IN SPACE: 45 degrees. ARMRESTS: Detachable flip-up armrests are standard. Locking flip-back armrests and back mounted flip-back armrests are optional. BRAKES: Push-to-lock brakes are standard and pull-to-lock brakes are available at no cost, as is rear mounting of brakes. Wheel lock extensions are extra cost options. CASTERS: A choice of 3-, 5- or 6-inch poly casters or 6-inch pneumatic casters is standard. Optional casters include 5 x 1.5 inch or 6 x 1.5 inch poly casters, 8 x 2 inch pneumatic casters or 8 x 2 inch pneumatic casters with airless inserts. WHEELS: A choice of 16-, 18-, 20- or 22-inch mag wheels with pneumatic tires is standard. Spoked 20- or 22-inch wheels with pneumatic tires are no cost options. Twelve-inch mag wheels with poly tires and airless inserts for pneumatic tires are extra-cost options. Aluminum handrims are standard and plastic-coated handrims are available at an extra charge. FOOTRESTS: Angle-adjustable legrests with flip-up footplates or a one-piece angle-adjustable removable footboard are included. OPTIONS: Medical necessities bag, backpack, canopy, and a canopy with viser. CAPACITY: 200 pounds. WEIGHT: The frame weighs 25 pounds.
