Picture of ALL TERRAIN CHAIR (MODEL ATC 200) The All Terrain Chair, model ATC 200, is a beach wheelchair designed for use by children with mobility disabilities. FRAME: The white PVC tubular frame disassembles for storage and transport. All hardware is stainless steel. SEAT: A seatbelt is included. A fixed seat back is standard; a reclining back is available. CUSHION: An optional cushion set is available. UPHOLSTERY: Mesh sling upholstery. ARMRESTS: Swing-away armrests are standard. BRAKES: Hand operated wheel locks. WHEELS: Four wheels with aluminum axles and 12 x 6 inch balloon tires by Roleez Wheels, Inc. (see separate entry). FOOTREST: One-piece footrest. OPTIONS: Sun umbrella, fishing rod holder, carry-all bag, torso belts, and leg and ankle straps.
