The Broda Shower Commode Chair, model CS 385, is a commode shower chair designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or who need support while sitting. This chair features a suspension system of straps that conform individually to the user's body, thus suspending the user's weight across multiple points. The armrests and sides are removable to enable side transfers. This chair has a powder-coated stainless steel frame, a padded seat with 12 degrees of posterior tilt, 10 degrees of anterior tilt, and up to 67 degrees of back recline. Other features include fixed height removable arms, removable upper body lateral support wings, adjustable-length elevating legrests, removable flip-down footrest, three total lock casters and one directional lock caster, and a bed pan with basket. OPTIONS: Padded or non-padded head rest; extended arms (25 inch seat width); seat belt; lateral supports. DIMENSIONS (LxW): The seat is 18 x 22 inches, the floor-to-seat height is 26.5 inches, and the back height is 28 inches. The armrest height is 7 inches above the seat. The casters are 5 inches in diameter. WARRANTY: Three-year warranty on the chair frame and a conditional one-year warranty on all other components.
