Picture of WIRELESS MAIL CHIME (MODEL 1200) The Wireless Mail Chime, model 1200, is a mailbox signal designed for use by individuals with mobility, hearing, or vision disabilities, or seniors. The unit notifies the users when mail has been delivered and comprises a sensor which is mounted on the mailbox door with the included double-sided tape and a receiver. When the mailbox door is opened, the Mail Chime will beep four times and a bright red LED light will light on the receiver. The unit is equipped with a volume control, works for a distance of up to 450 feet, and can be used with all mailboxes except those with vertical hinges. POWER: The sensor uses a long-lasting 12-volt battery (included) and the receiver plugs into a standard electrical outlet. WARRANTY: One-year limited warranty.
