--- DISCONTINUED. RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Dual purpose smoke detector and strobe for the hearing and the hearing impaired. Alarm provides normal audible buzzer, plus flashing light. Strobe light is installed in sleeping areas or any remote areas from smoke detection unit, which should be placed in hall outside room door. Strobe flashes once per second. Operates on 9 volt battery. If several detectors require set-up in different rooms this should be specified as they need to be cascaded (tie-in).

Notes: Installation and wiring instructions available. Not practical for large residence as a unit must be purchased for each room, and only twelve units can be tied together.
