--- DISCONTINUED. (Verified 03/2005) RETAINED IN DARABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Lifesaver Smoke Alarm, model FCY01275, is a smoke alarm designed for individuals who are hard of hearing. This detector features single- or multiple station capability (up to 24 stations may be interconnected); quick disconnection; a tamper-proof locking pin test button; alarm light; power light; and an 85-decibel, piercing, pulsating audible alarm. A bi-lingual manual is included. POWER: This unit is designed to be hardwired to the building electrical system; a separate trim ring fits most electrical box configurations. A 9-volt battery (included) provides backupo in the event of a power failure.
