--- DISCONTINUED. RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Smoke alarm system consists of smoke detector and remote receiver. When detector is activated it transmits a signal to remote receiver into which a light or bed vibrator may be plugged. Detector is attached to the wall and plugged into 110 volt outlet. Receiver plugs into outlet; light or vibrator plugs into receiver. May use several detectors and receivers at the same time. Detector measures 6 by 6 by 2 inches; remote receiver measures 2.25 by 4 by 1.75 inches.

Notes: Depending on electrical service it may be possible to place a remote receiver in a neighbor's house for extra protection.
