The folder has waterproof fabric on the outside and Velcro-receptive fabric on the inside. The user places Velcro-backed pictures on the inside fabric and points to them to communicate. SIZES: Regular (model 032037) and large (model 032229). DIMENSIONS (L xW): Model 032037 is 18 x 24 inches open and 9 x 12 inches closed and model 032229 is 24 x 16 inches open and 12 x 16 inches closed.
