(Verified 12/2007) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Card Communicator, model 3090, is a symbolic language communicator or playing card holder designed for use by individuals with communication disabilities. As a communication aid, the Card Communicator holds up to 7 Talking Picture Cards (see separate entries) which are selected by the user by stopping a light that moves horizontally from left to right with a single action switch (not included). Light speed is adjustable. As a playing card holder, an individual with limited hand movement can play card games where 7 cards or less are used (poker, black jack, rummy, etc.). The Card Communicator uses any switch with a 1/8-inch plug. DIMENSIONS: 18.25 x 4.125 x 3.125 inches. WARRANTY: 6 months. A special package is offered (3091, $194.95) that includes the Card Communicator and Jumbo Switch Plate (see separate entry).
Notes: Talking Picture Cards and playing cards are not included.
