(Verified 08/2012) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- Early Learning III is a perceptual training program designed to teach subtraction and number comparison to children with a developmental disability. The Early Subtraction I and II programs display objects on the screen to teach subtraction of numbers from 1 to 19. More Than/Less Than teaches comparison of sets, numbers, and equations. The programs feature adjustable levels of difficulty; compatibility with keyboard, hand controls, PowerPad, or TouchWindow (see separate entry) inputs; a record-keeping system; and a keyboard overlay. The program can also "beep" when a number is input for the benefit of users with blindness. COMPATIBILITY: Apple IIc, IIe, or IIGS or Macintosh with Apple IIe emulation card computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: 128K; color monitor; 5.25 inch disk drive. OPTIONS: Backup copies are available for $5. Early Learning Package is available for $200.00 and contains Early Learning I, II and III; Money Skills and Mix 'n Match (see separate entries) and all keyboard overlays. The Macintosh version is also available without overlays.
