Picture of BT-TRAIL The BT-Trail is a lightweight sport wheelchair designed for use by individuals with mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. It is intended for outdoor use on unpaved surfaces. To enhance stability, the BT-Trail’s design features a wider distance between the casters, and the casters are positioned forward to be even with the footrest to create a longer wheelbase. FRAME (LxW): 16 x 16 inches. 6061 T6 aluminum powder coat frame with 1.5-inch tubing. SEAT (WxD): 14, 15, 16, 17 or 18 x 14, 15, 16, 17 or 18 inches. Backrest height is available from 5 to 20 inches in 1-inch increments. The backrest angle is adjustable from 80 to 100 degrees. UPHOLSTERY: Laminated carbon fiber sailcloth adjustable by tension cord. CASTERS: Frogs Legs Ultra Sport casters (DxW): 3 x 1.5; 4 x 1; 4 x 1.5; 5 x 1; 5 x 1.5; or 6 x 1.5 inches. WHEELS: Spinergy LX or SLX Sport wheels (24, 25 or 26 inches diameter) with anodized handrims. Two degrees of camber are standard. FOOTRESTS: Single-piece footrest. WEIGHT: 21.5 pounds. WARRANTY: Lifetime limited warranty on frame.
