« Previous Product Next Product »The Etac Cross XL Wheelchair is a heavy-duty adult folding wheelchair designed for use by individuals with lower extremity, mobility, or neurological disabilities or spinal cord injury. Adjustments that do not require tools can be made with one hand. FRAME: Aluminum and steel tube folding frame with twin cross-tubes, in a choice of regular or long frame. Push-handles are height-adjustable with tools and removable. Anti-tips are included. Color options are black, blue, sea green, or plum. SEAT (LxW): 14 to 16.5 x 20, 21, 22, or 23 inches (short frame) or or 16.5 to 19 x 20, 21, 22, or 23 inches (long frame). The seat and back are both height-adjustable. The angle of the backrest can be adjusted steplessly from - 5 to 15 degrees. UPHOLSTERY: Black velour seat covering is removable and washable. The backrest covering is black velour with removable and washable cover in charcoal gray plush. ARMRESTS: Included. BRAKES: High-level, over-center brake. CASTERS: 6.5-inch semi-pneumatic casters. WHEELS: Rear wheels have aluminum handrims, 24-inch pneumatic tires, quick-release hubs, 11 alternative wheel positions, and a camber angle of 2 degrees. FOOTRESTS: Split foot plates are height-adjustable with tools and can be adjusted by hand for angle and length. The black removable leg support is hinged to the sides. CAPACITY: 330 pounds.
