(Verified 2/2000) RETAINED IN DATABASE FOR REFERENCE. --- The Multi-Timer is a timer designed to allow the scheduling and reminder for nultiple tasks for individuals with cognitive disabilities. Resembling a small solar or battery-powered calculator, the timer allows almost unlimited tasks to be scheduled simultaneously. The user types in the name of the task and the desired time span before the alarm sounds and presses enter to set the alarm. A choice of three alarm tones is offered. The device features a digital readout display screen capable of displaying up to three task messages at once. The display also includes the current time and date. Keyboard features include a complete alphabetic keyboard, numeric keys from 0 through 9, memory and a memory recall key, and program, hours, and enter keys. Additional buttons include hour, minute, month, day, and clear.
