The Matot Commercial Grade Residential Dumbwaiter is a dumbwaiter designed for use by individuals with mobility or physical disabilities for moving material from floor to floor in multi-level environments. Items that can be handled by this unit include groceries, dishes and cutlery, laundry, firewood, clothing, or luggage. The loading height is counter level, with single side, opposite sides, or adjacent side loading configurations available. The lifting distance is up to 50 feet, with a speed of 50 feet per minute. Other features includes a commercial-grade drive system, microprocessor control systems, swing-type doors with door locks, and stainless steel or primed finishes. OPTIONS: Manually operated vertical bi-parting, slide-up, slide-down and swing-type Underwriters Laboratory (UL) fire-rated entrances; security systems; key locks; keypads; and interfaces to external security systems. SIZES: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, or K. Custom sizes are also available. DIMENSIONS (HxDxW): Inside area in inches is 24 x 18 x 18 inches (A), 30 x 20 x 20 inches (B), 30 x 20 x 24 inches (C), 36 x 24 x 24 inches (D), 36 x 24 x 30 inches (E), 36 x 28 x 24 inches (F), 36 x 30 x 30 inches (G), 48 x 30 x 42 inches (H), 36 x 36 x 36 inches (I), 48 x 38 x 38 inches (J), or 48 x 36 x 42 inches (K). The maximum area of the car platform is 1,560 square inches and the maximum height of a dumbwaiter car is 48 inches.
