The Lema Strap, model 6204, is a leg strap designed for use to assist stroke patients with ankle dorsiflexion, knee extensions, hip hiking, flexion and internal or external rotation. This adjustable leg strap orthosis constructed of webbing fits around shoe arch and behind the heel. The attached lateral straps go up to the triangle strap over and behind the knee. The strap then continues over quadriceps to the waistband.
