The Rolyan Adjustable Outrigger Kit for MCP Flexion is a volar wrist orthosis with finger flexion control designed for use by individuals with hand and wrist disabilities. This outrigger provides space for four finger rod adjusters, yet does bot limit thumb motion. The optional included thumb positioner can be applied to the vertical bar of the outrigger. The kit includes two pre-bent outrigger wires, five each of the rods, the tip protectors, rod adjusters, tension adjustable finger loops, and self-adhesive D-ring strap for rubber band or graded spring attachment. Complete fabrication instructions are also included.
