Picture of SMARTSLING SmartSling is an arm sling designed for use by individuals with arm or shoulder injuries. This sling provides abduction, external rotation, and/or immobilization. It is made from a breathable mesh base material with thermal-molded foam padding. Other features include a gussetted chamoise-covered neck pad, trimmable strapping without seams or stitches that fray, and a re-positionable thumb loop. The sling can be used on either the left or right arm. An included underarm pillow helps distribute weight over a larger surface area and decreases pressure on the ulnar nerve.
